In our quest to reveal the most luxurious and sort after places in Lagos to you, on this episode of ‘Find Your Happy Place’ we bring to you; The Lagoon Front Estate.
Every great city’s identity is being a land of opportunities and so is the Lagoon Front Estate, a self-sufficient city set on the north side of Lekki Lagoon, Lagoon Front Estate is located along the Lekki-Epe expressway Lagos. Indeed, this city represents a new dawn in Lagos real estate industry. While some people still rush for the few spaces and properties up for grabs in luxurious locations such as; Lekki, Ikoyi, VI, and so on, the number of people to discover this new location is considerably moderate which leaves it at a perfect time for you to not only discover but take advantage of.
Epe has been described by many as the upcoming Dubai of Lagos Nigeria in a few years, of course, with the master plan of Epe town, it is very hard to disagree with such individuals. The master plan carries a tourist and farming site, it also captures an international airport and multiple 21st-century projects.
Epe town is already home to the Dangote Refinery, a proposed deep sea port, and many other multi-national companies, hotels, relaxation centers, hospitals, schools, and banks are already springing up in the area. This makes life easy and very accessible for the residents of Lagoon Front Estate because these are all basic amenities we need to run our day-to-day activities. Residents might not even need to come to the other parts of Lagos once this estate is done.
As earlier noted, the Lagoon Front Estate is a self-sufficient estate, which makes it the first of its kind in Lagos. Power and water are two major concerns for everyone looking to buy a home in Nigeria, and the brains behind this estate have thought it right to attack these major issues wisely by making the estate self-sufficient to avoid power outages and poor water supply. This means that the Lagoon Front Estate unlike other estates will generate its own power and water, they will not rely on the usual source of power and water supply in the state which is in themselves epileptic. This is something great to look forward to. If I were you, I did already start making consultations on how I can be a part of this new community.
As for security, Epe town is not one to be known for insecurity reports. The Lagos State Government has equally placed security agents in and around the town which makes it safe, and as the Lagoon Front Estate draws to completion, security is very much likely to be increased not only by the government but also by the estate and companies located in the area.
Although, the Lagoon Front Estate is not yet completed, and unlike other locations which have been tested, we can still tell you that it is 100% dry land, so you need not worry about the floods that trouble other parts of Lagos. The estate is easily accessible by land to every other part of the state as the government has built standard roads connecting the area of Epe in and out. It is also accessible by boat to the Ikorodu axis of Lagos.
For Nigerians living in the diaspora and looking to buy a home or relocate back home, we strongly recommend the Lagoon Front Estate to you. If you are looking for tranquility, a home away from the craziness and rowdiness of Lagos, and yet still surrounded with luxury and everything a modern city should have then Lagoon Front Estate is the perfect fit for you. We would also recommend this estate to Nigerians back home looking to buy a new home, whether a retirement home or young people looking to start a new chapter of their life. This location has something special we should all strive for.
We do hope on our third episode of ‘Find Your Happy Place’, you will find the Lagoon Front Estate appealing enough and be able to see the beautiful future this real state location holds for a special few.
